Chafers & Sternos:
Price will be given per chafer and sterno needed for menu choices.
Payment & Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of your total order is required to confirm your catering booking. This deposit secures and confirms your event date and menu. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 7 days before the events unless other arrangements have been made in writing. By submitting your deposit, you agree to our payment and cancellation terms.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. To best serve all our guests, we kindly ask that cancellation be made with as much notice as possible.
Orders cancelled 14 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund.
Orders cancelled less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable as ingredients and staffing will have already been secured.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or confirmed by phone.
